Chadwick is a seasoned executive leader with more than three decades of experience guiding complex defense, federal, and maritime programs at the highest levels of government and industry. A former senior U.S. Navy and Department of Defense program leader (GS-15 equivalent), Chris has led multi-billion-dollar portfolios, enterprise modernization initiatives, acquisition reform efforts, and cross-functional teams operating in highly regulated, mission-critical environments.

Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for disciplined execution, strategic foresight, and principled leadership. Chris specializes in program risk management, enterprise governance, acquisition strategy, and organizational transformation — helping government and industry partners navigate complexity while delivering measurable, mission-aligned results.

Holding an active Top Secret / SCI clearance, Chris brings not only technical and operational depth, but also credibility in board-facing environments, executive advisory roles, and prime contractor engagements.
